Your payment is your acceptance to Spring in your step terms and conditions below.

 

• Promotional photographs/videos may be taken of your children during Spring in your step activities. Photos/videos may be uploaded to our social media, website and/or the local newspaper.

 

• Slots cannot be provisionally booked. Only payment will secure your child's slot.

 

• Spring in your step does not offer refunds. Full payment is required upon booking and will not be refunded unless Spring in your step cancels the camp. 

 

• Spring in your step operates from 9:30 am to 2pm Monday to Friday and will not be held responsible for your children outside of these hours.

 

• In consideration of your acceptance with our terms and conditions, Spring in your step will not take responsibility of any personal property or personal accidents.

 

• Spring in your step/staff are to be notified of all the people who will be picking up your children from our camp. No child should be collected by an unauthorized person. 

 

• All personal data collected by Spring in your step will remain confidential and will not be transferred to third parties. This is in compliance with The Data Protection Acts Ireland.
